Every semester, Phi Sigma Sigma Theta Eta has a formal to celebrate the hard work of the sisters. Formal takes place in the spring while semi-formal, pictured right, takes place in the fall.

Themed Mixers
Phi Sigma Sigma gets together every few weeks with other organizations for themed mixers. Organizations include Rider groups and other campuses such as TCNJ. Themes previously have included Joggers & Loggers, Great Fratsby, America, and Tacky Christmas.
Sisterhood Bonding
Every month, Phi Sigma Sigma Theta Eta has a sisterhood bonding event. Previous nights have included describing our sisters with adjectives on a poster behind them, watching a movie together, and making notes of encouragement and love for our sisters.
